2. Table & Party Booking
- Advance booking is recommended for parties and group reservations.
- Party bookings are allotted for a fixed time slot of 3.5 hours.
- For groups above 35 guests, the venue may be provided exclusively.
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed, except permitted BYOB items.
3. Payments & Pricing
- All prices are subject to applicable taxes.
- Advance payment may be required for confirmed party bookings.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be informed in advance.
- Advance payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- No refund will be provided for no-shows.
5. Conduct & Behaviour
- Guests are expected to behave respectfully with staff and other customers.
- Management reserves the right to deny service to anyone engaging in inappropriate behaviour.
- Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
6. Alcohol (BYOB)
- BYOB is allowed where legally permitted.
- Valid ID proof may be required.
- 24K Grills reserves the right to refuse alcohol service.
7. Food & Allergies
While we maintain high hygiene standards, customers are advised to inform staff
about any food allergies before placing orders.
8. Liability
24K Grills shall not be responsible for loss of personal belongings, injuries,
or damages caused due to negligence by guests.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and images related to 24K Grills are the property
of the restaurant and may not be used without permission.
