Order Cancellations

Once food preparation has begun, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.

If you’ve prepaid for a special event or meal, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a full refund.

In case of cash payments, refunds may be provided as store credit or through bank transfer (as applicable).
